Funding for Comprehensive Value of Solar and Storage Approved

Following a tumultuous series of legislative events, lawmakers in Washington approved a supplementary 2025 budget which allocated funds for a comprehensive study on the Value of Solar and Storage. This victory holds great significance for advocates of widespread adoption of rooftop solar energy in Washington. The findings of this study will play a crucial role in shaping upcoming discussions and choices regarding key matters like net metering rates.
